Individual therapy sessions will give you the opportunity to confidently talk through life issues or situations with the assistance of a trained professional. Although I cannot make your problems disappear, I can equip you with the tools to better deal with them. Some of the benefits of therapy include: gaining a better understanding of yourself, learning how to handle difficult emotions, identifying underlying causes of symptoms, providing coping strategies, managing symptoms and facilitating lifestyle changes.
